Association of British Cycling Coaches 2018

My first time attending the Association of British Cycling Coaches (ABCC) AGM and a great chance to meet fellow coaches new and old. I was lucky enough to attend some fascinating lectures by leading specialists related to the sport of cycling and coaching, and hear first hand some of the very latest methodologies being used at a world level.

Product lectures included Kurio 3D compression, showcasing their unique research and product development that you'll be hearing a lot more about over the coming months and years. Also a very insightful presentation given from a long term member of Team GB World Class Performance Program, from its inception through to winning record levels of gold medals.

All in all, an awesome opportunity to share time with some of the very best in the business and hear what's coming up for the organisation over the next 12 months.
